Draper Floors offers a one year No Worry Installation Warranty on carpet and hard surface products. Once we install your project, you do not have to worry -- our installers take that extra step to ensure a proper installation. However, in the event that something does occur, you have a full year of protection.
All products are warranted by their manufacturer. Your Flooring Consultant will inform you about the warranty of the product you choose.
In the event that you do have a product or installation issue, simply contact us or call 972-394-3740 to initiate your claim.
Once you notify Draper Floors of the issue, we will schedule an appointment to view the problem and determine what action to take to resolve the problem.
